New Organic Sencha Uji
We are pleased to introduce a new organic tea from Uji, Kyoto which is one of the most famous and historic tea production areas in Japan. Our Organic Sencha Uji has a shiny bluish color leaf and a seaweed type umami. These are the result of a short shading process and a special cultivar, Okumidori. Its taste is steeped in history!
